This refers to: - Outright transfer of Lease.
- Inclusion / Withdrawal of partners
/ shareholders within firm (where original partner(s) / shareholder(s) no
longer holds minimum 51% ownership).
- Change in legal entity of lessee.

| Lessee (by letter or fax) inform HDB the name of
assignee and their proposed use of the factory |

| HDB grants in-principle approval with Terms & Conditions stated |
|
|
| Lessee reverts with required information and payment of relevant fees: |

Leases on Rental Basis: |

Administrative fee of $500 (GST exclusive) |

| B. |
Leases on Lump Sum Premium Basis: |
| 1. |
10% assignment fee |
| 2. |
For leases issued direct from the State: |

i. Consent fee of $450 (GST inclusive) to Singapore Land Authority
(SLA) |

|
|
|
| Lessee/solicitors to forward a copy of the Notice
of Transfer to HDB for retention. |
