Rent is inclusive of Service & Conservancy Charge (S/CC)
and GST |
|
Rent Payment due on 1st day of month |
|
GIRO is compulsory where deductions would only be made on
28th of each month (You may wish to apply Interbank GIRO via HDB's e-Services or Bank's Website (if available)) |

The rent-free shall be withdrawn if occupation is less than
