| RESPONSIBILITY |
| HDB (Industrial Properties Department) is responsible for: |
|
| Repair / replacement of defective internal and external fixtures and fittings
provided by HDB (due strictly to wear and tear and not to the act of negligence
or misuse by the tenant) such as: |
|
- Ceiling leaks
- Defective doors and windows
- Defective electrical wiring and fitting
- Gully trap leak
- Internal wall cracks
- Sink waste pipe leak
- Spalling concrete
- Water service pipe leak
- Low water pressure
- Rainwater downpipe leak and chokages
- Defective letter box
- Electricity supply disruption
- External wall cracks/leaks
- Faulty common corridor lightings/carparks lightings and other public
lightings
- Main waste/soil/vent pipes leaks or chokages
- Roof leaks
- Drain/sewerage lines/manholes chokages
- Sunken apron

- Any fixtures or fittings damaged by tenant/ other persons
- Glass panel/louvres cracks
- Gully/floor trap, wc and sink chokages
- Faulty letter box lock
- Pipes/tap leak
- Damaged Water Cistern
