Rent is inclusive of Service & Conservancy Charges (SC/CC) and
GST |

Rent Payment due on the 1st day of month |

| LATE PAYMENT |

Late payment charges will be imposed for late payment. |
|
Payment received will be used to settle outstanding late payment
charges first and the balance will be apportioned to other costs such
as legal costs, rental payments etc. |

| WHERE RENT CAN BE PAID |
|
By GIRO, where deductions would be made from your bank account on
the 28th of the month. If the deduction is unsuccessful, a second attempt to deduct will be made on the 6th of the following month. Please maintain sufficient funds during the first deduction to avoid late payment charges. You may wish to apply Interbank GIRO via HDB's e-Services or Bank's Website (if available). |

By crossed cheque made payable to "Housing & Development
Board". Please write the HDB reference number and purpose
of payment on the reverse of your cheque and mail it to Housing
& Development Board, Robinson Road Post Office, P O Box 1211,
Singapore 902411. No receipt will be issued for cheque payment by
post. |

By Nets or cash at Industrial Properties Department, Atrium, 3rd
storey, HDB HUB. |
