Introduction
Hbiz now uses SingPass as a means of user authentication. |
Existing member
If you are an existing member or first time user, before you can login,
you need to do a one-time conversion from your HBiz userid/ password
to SingPass. This is how it can be done.

Enter HBiz user ID & password
- Transition to SingPass Validation Page

Enter SingPass ID

Enter SingPass *

HBiz @ Your Service
You have successfully converted to SingPass and logged into
Member Services. On your next login, simply select "Login
with SingPass" to access the Member Services.

System Requirements
Some users may encounter difficulty at the SingPass login page. The
page indicates "Processing in Progress. Please wait..."
and it just hangs there or the browser indicates "Error on page".
The problem could be due to your browser settings. You need to ensure
that the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is installed properly on your
machine.
Click on system
requirements for more information. It is advised that you approach
your company IT personnel for assistance to configure the settings. |

you the flexibility of granting access rights to staff in your
company to administer information and applications in HBiz.
For e.g., you may want to get your staff to update Business Directory
while retaining the rights to view Tax Invoice and Rental Status
