Renovating? Get Tax Deductions for It!

Are you moving into AutoBay @ Kaki Bukit, or other industrial premises? Or just renovating your existing industrial premises? If yes, you can take advantage of the the IRAS tax deduction, first announced in Budget 2008. For example, expenditure incurred on fixtures, fittings and installations on your business premises may be used for the tax deduction. The tax deduction was introduced to help businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises, reduce their business costs. The tax deduction is available for renovations or refurbishments between 16 Feb 2008 to 15 Feb 2013.
