HBiz Membership
Q1 Who can become a member of the website?
A1 All HDB industrial tenants and lessees are automatically members of the website. Membership is free for all tenants and lessees.
Q2 I am not a tenant or lessee, how can I become an affiliate member?
A2 Click here for more information on Affiliate Membership.

Q1 How do I login?
A1
  1. Click on Login with SingPass .
  2. Enter your SingPass ID and Password.
  3. Upon successful SingPass authentication you will be directed to Member's Corner page.

Q2 I have tried to log in using my SingPass in Hbiz but was denied access. How do I request for access? 
A2 You may not have access to the account. Follow the steps indicted below to request for access.

For Private Limited, Public Listed and Non-Profit Companies:

  1. Click on "Request Access to Account".
  2. Enter UEN, name(as in NRIC) and NRIC no. of staff before submission.
  3. Fax the Company Resolution to 68543498 or email to ipdmail@hdb.gov.sg

Access will be granted on the next working day after a valid company resolution is received.

For Sole Proprietor, Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership Companies:

  1. Approach Master Account user of your company. (All registered tenants are automatically Master Account user.)
  2. Master Account user log into HBiz using his Singpass.
  3. Click on "Supplementary Accounts".
  4. Click on "Add a New Supplementary Account".
  5. Enter your email, name(as in NRIC) and NRIC no.and tick the services (My Account Info, Applications and Business Directory) and submit.
  6. You will be able to login with your SingPass instantly upon account creation.

Alternatively, you may call our helpdesk at 1800-8663077 (operating hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday ) or email to ipdmail@hdb.gov.sg for assistance.

Q3 As a tenant of HDB, how can I nominate my employee to access the website?
A3

You can select one of the two methods depending on the mode of business of your company:

For Private Limited, Public Listed and Non-Profit Companies:

  1. Click on "Request Access to Account".
  2. Enter UEN, name(as in NRIC) and NRIC no. of employee before submission.
  3. Fax the Company Resolution to 68543498 or email to ipdmail@hdb.gov.sg.

Access will be granted on the next working after a valid company resolution is received.

For Sole Proprietor, Partnership and Limited Liability Partnership Companies:

As Master Account user you can personally give Supplementary Account to your employee.

Steps to create Supplementary Accounts:

  1. Click on Login with SingPass and log into Members Corner.
  2. Click on "Supplementary Accounts".
  3. Click on "Add a New Supplementary Account".
  4. Enter the email, name(as in NRIC) and NRIC no. of your employee and tick the services (My Account Info, Applications and Business Directory) you want to grant him.
  5. Submit.

Your employee will be able to login with his SingPass instantly upon account creation.

Q4 What should I do if my employee holding a Master Account/Supplementary Account leaves the company?

For Master Accounts:
You can call our helpdesk at 1800-8663077(During operating hours) or email to ipdmail@hdb.gov.sg for assistance.

For Supplementary Accounts:

  1. Click on Login with SingPass and log into Members Corner.
  2. Click on "Supplementary Accounts".
  3. Tick the supplementary account to remove.
  4. Click on "Delete".
Q5 What should I do if I do not want my employee to view statement of account/tax invoice?
Can I just assign my employee to update my company particulars?
A5

You can choose any or all of the three services to assign to your employee by giving him the Supplementary Account:

  • My Account Info
  • Applications
  • Business Directory

Steps to create Supplementary Accounts:

  1. Click on Login with SingPass and log into Members Corner.
  2. Click on "Supplementary Accounts".
  3. Click on "Add a New Supplementary Account".
  4. Enter the email, name(as in NRIC) and NRIC no. of your employee and tick the services (My Account Info, Applications and Business Directory) you want to grant him.
  5. Submit.

Your employee will be able to login with his SingPass instantly upon account creation.

Q6 I have used the correct Singpass to log in but your website kept redirecting me to "Request Access to Account" page, can you help me?

Your problem is due to Internet Explorer settings, click here for the solution.


Companies
Q1 How can I update my company details in Companies?
A1 Please view the Companies User Guide.
Q2 Why is my company information in Companies not updated?
A2 The company information in Companies is updated by the account holder. The information that you update in Companies is independent from your registered tenancy/lease information.
Q3 Is it free?
A3 Yes, this is a free service for our tenants and lessees.

Products
Q1 How can I list my products in HBiz?
A1 Please view the Product User Guide.
Q2 How many products can we list?
A2 Each company is able to list up to 200 products.
Q3 Is it free?
A3 Yes, this is a free service for our tenants and lessees.
Q4 How long will my products be listed?
A4 As a member, your company products will be listed as long as you are member of HBiz.
Q5 Why was my pictures not shown after submission?
A5

For successful upload of pictures:

  1. Make sure the picture file types are .jpg and .gif image files.
  2. Make sure that the picture file name does not contain a space or special characters (!@#$%^&*(){}/<>\|[]~`:; ).
    For examples:

 

  • myproduct.jpg (Allowed)
  • my_product.jpg (Allowed)
  • my product.jpg (Disallowed due to spacing between "my" and "product.jpg")
  • my/product.jpg (Disallowed due to "/")
  • Make sure the picture file size is equal or less than 50KB.

    Q1 How do I post my messages in Classifieds?
    A1 Please view the Classifieds User Guide.
    Q2 Is it free?
    A2 Yes, this is a free service for our tenants and lessees.
    Q3 Why my posting not display after I submitted the "Looking For Products/Services"?
    A3 Your posting is removed as the form is reserved for people to look for products and not for promoting your own products. For members, you may use "Showcase your Products" to promote your products by logging in to Member's Zone.
