HDB’s “Hub for Business” or HBiz provides an effective way for our industrial property tenants and owners to list their
companies as well as products. Members can also list business opportunities, job vacancies or even invite e-quotation
via the website.
As part of HDB's effort to promote entrepreneurship, HDB is offering a FREE HBiz membership. Through this free
membership project, we hope to create opportunities for business collaboration between our industrial property tenants/
owners and Home Office businesses.

Q: How do I sign-up?
A: Your accounts have already been pre-created for you. All you need to do is login with your Singpass at least once
to activate the account.
Q: How do I login?
A: You must have your Singpass to login. Follow the following steps to login:
Step 1: Select Login with SingPass on the left hand side of the homepage.
Step 2: You will be directed to Singpass website to enter your Singpass ID & password. If you encounter problems in
this step, please check that your computer settings meets the system requirements.
Step 3: On successful authentication, you will be brought back to HBiz Member Services welcome page.
Q: How do I get a Singpass or reset my password?
A: For information related to Singpass, please visit the Singpass homepage at http://www.singpass.gov.sg.
Q: When trying to login, I'm redirected to Singpass website but the page indicates
"Processing in Progress. Please wait..." and it just hangs there or the browser indicates
"Error on page". What is wrong?
A: The problem could be due to your browser settings. You need to ensure that the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is
installed properly on your machine. Please check that your computer settings meets the system requirements.
Q: Why do I get the error message "Invalid Login!" after entering my Singpass ID &
password?
A: This means that the Singpass/NRIC you used to login is not found in our system. The Singpass used must be the
same NRIC no. of the Home Office business owner registered with HDB and the business must be registered under
either Consultancy or Professional Services.
Q: I've received the email invitation, but why am I unable to login?
A: You may have registered the Home Office business under another person's name, like your parents, sibling or friend
but used your own email.

Q: What will my Company listing look like? How can I link to my Company listing?
A: Each Company listing may be accessed on its own like a company homepage e.g. http://www.hbiz.com.sg/sample.

Q: Do I need to know programming or HTML codes to use HBiz?
A: HBiz content updates are done by entering your information in forms like you normally do online. No technical
knowledge is required for plain content.
Q: Why are some of the tabs on my Company listing are not active/click-able?
A: The tabs are only active if you have submitted a posting for the respective categories. The e-Quotation and
e-Appointment tabs will only be click-able if you activate the service.
